From the vet’s visit to the owner’s invoice, without the spreadsheet.

My Racing Office keeps every owner’s account, splits shared horses to the penny and sends the month’s invoices on the 1st. Owners follow their horses on their phones, with your updates, entries and declarations.

By invitation only while we’re getting started.

Shared horses, split to the penny.

Two owners pay half each, three pay a third, or set your own percentages. Keep a share yourself and the owners are only invoiced for theirs.

Change the charge, the number of owners or your share, and watch the figures. They always add back up to the exact total.

Tap through the owner app.

Owners in the loop, without the phone calls.

  • Your updates, with photos and video. You choose what to share; owners get a notification on their phone.
  • Entries and declarations. They hear the moment their horse is declared, with the race, time and jockey.
  • Their invoices. Every invoice as a PDF, what’s paid and what’s due.

Racing clubs and syndicates

Share one link with the members. They make their own login and follow the club’s horses. You see who’s joined, and only the club is invoiced.

Owners add it to their home screen like any app. Nothing to download from the App Store.

And the rest of the office.

Keep each horse's documents with the horse, and see what's about to expire.
Your name on everything
Your yard name, address, VAT number, bank details and colour on every invoice and email.
VAT charge by charge
20%, 5% or none on each line, entered with or without VAT.
Paid straight to you
Bank transfer details on every invoice, or take card payments into your own Stripe account.
Bring the team
Your secretary and head lad get their own sign-ins and add charges and notes from their phones.
Move in from a spreadsheet
Bring your owners and horses across from Excel or Google Sheets in one go.
Nothing billed twice
Each charge goes on one invoice only, and corrections go back on account.
